Hurlburt and Kegan did a great job for my wife and I. I called Thursday and by noon Friday we had a new water heater installed. Jordan, our advisor was professional and not pushy. Kegan, our installer was also very professional (as was his helper) both in appearance and manners. He explained how everything worked etc which my wife liked. We also went over the cost, both upfront and long term benefits (again not pushy) of the rewards club, which we did join. All in all their team made it easy for us. As you can see by the pictures, perhaps it wasn't as easy for Kegan and assistant. It was a tight fit.

Keagan was great! Polite, courtesy and informative. Highly recommended Hurlburt for your plumbing needs.

Jordan was very helpful and knew his stuff. His step by step trouble shooting found the problem.

Frank and his apprentice (I am so sorry, I forgot his name) were fantastic! They were able to come earlier than originally thought, were very personable, put booties over their shoes, made sure I understood what was wrong, what they were recommending to fix it and the final cost. I will definitely call Hurlburt again (and request Frank!) for any electrical needs. Thank you!

Craig showed up on time and quickly diagnosed issue with furnace flame sensor. He fixed that immediately and then mentioned another issue to monitor over time. I am thoroughly happy with the work Craig did and Hurlburt as a very responsive company.

Ben came in and performed the routine maintenance on my furnace and was very open ad honest on my options He cleaned up very meticulously and left the furnace room in better shape then when he arrived!
