We had a new furnace/AC/water heater installed by Hurlburt today, along with a plumbing repair. We were amazed at their efficiency. Although, each crew member introduced themselves, we failed to write down their names so we could thank them individually for a job well done. All 4 were very personable, professional, and polite.Adam, the sales rep that gave us the estimate, was also very personable, straight forward, and polite. No high pressure. The Eau Claire team is fantastic. Liz took time to listen to our concerns and got us help right away. Many thanks to Liam, Jordan, Frank, Pao, and everyone who followed up with us. We could not have had a better experience. Everything was explained to us each step of the way,in kind and considerate communication. We were given options for repair and replacement that worked within our budget and time frame. Wonderful service all around. I absolutely recommend this location.

Dylan & the Installers (I know, sounds like a 70's rock band) are great to work with! If you need to replace your furnace, AC or both, this is the place to go. I did several estimates and found Hurlburt not only the least expensive on the same equipment but there were add-ons that no one else offered or did. Don't waste your time with others. There was a small mishap with the tile in my basement and after a couple emails it was handled perfectly. We are very, very pleased with the whole install. "THANKS" Dylan & tell the guys in the band "GREAT JOB"!!!!
