We have used different local heating and plumbing businesses, but we have moved to solely using Hurlburt Heating and Plumbing. We have used them for furnace repair, boiler install, in floor heating repair, and air exchange install. From reception to service provider, they are a fantastic company that I can’t recommend highly enough. They have excellent communication, you will receive the name and photo of your technician before they arrive. They provide you with costs upfront, and there are never any “surprises” when it comes to cost of service. Hurlburt has been great to work with. For those of us who only call when something needs to be repaired, they have a great maintenance program too.

My 27 year old heater was acting up so I called for service and Mike came to take a look After speaking with Mike (Very Knowledgeable and experienced) I decided to purchase a New furnace and Water Heater. They scheduled a appointment to meet with Chris who was fantastic...listened to what I needed and set me up with the perfect Heating solution. Installation followed and the guys that came were amazing...Shawn..Matt...Dave!!! I can highly recommend this company with absolute confidence. Even the office staff...Connie etc are wonderful. Furnace ran erratically and I could not see any flaw to cause this. I called Mike in and he easily disassembled the unit and did a thorough check!
Also he helped me to learn a more efficient way to operate the thermostat which just might be the cure.
My system is now properly operational and I am again comfortable at home!

Requested an appointment for later in the day because that’s all that was available online, but they were able to come several hours before which worked great for me! They were able to fix our furnace quickly and the price wasn’t bad! Would absolutely recommend them for anyone having issues with their furnace!

Then he said Nick Jacobson and his team of highly competent plumbers to do the work. Liam is a professional. He is respectful, clean and masked. He arrived on time and finished in 1.5 hours. He cleaned and conditioned our furnace to ready for colder days. He tested our thermostat and the function of the gas furnace. He made recommendations for possible future work without being overbearing. He provided a diagnostic that is accurate and that I agree with. He offered a quote for a brand new unit for reference. The price was reasonable. Yes, I would enthusiastically recommend this company.

I used the online setup option to schedule the service appointment and immediately received a call confirming the time. Then I received a text confirming the appointment and describing the Covid-19 safety protocols the company had in place. The morning of the appointment I received another text when Dean - the service tech assigned to the job - was leaving the shop. The text included a picture of Dean and a short bio, which was nice. Dean repaired the furnace very quickly and told me that there weren't any parts necessary - just the service. In a half hour the furnace was up and running perfectly and I wasn't sold any parts that I didn't need! Dean was very friendly, professional and explained exactly what work was performed.
We've used Hurlburt for work in the past and will definitely use them for any future repairs or projects.

Hired these guys to do a kitchen install of my sink, faucet and garbage disposal as well as turning the water back on that what shut off for an unrelated job. they actually came early and were very responsive and friendly. A little bit more expensive than I thought it would be to install it, but the value and the professionalism as well as the hard work put into it was well worth the extra money. I would definitely use them again, and I recommend them for anyone needing work done! Great company

The first time I used this company my experience was great, the second time didn't disappoint! The service tech was courteous, professional, honest and straightforward. He didn't man-splain anything, explained what was going on and how he was going to fix it in layman's terms. He was in and out in what seemed like 10 minutes. Unfortunately the problem wasn't entirely fixed, but not by any fault on theirs. Everything seemed in great working order when he left. My husband called later that afternoon/ evening and the service tech was back out the next morning. Again, very professional, kind, straightforward and just simply an all around great guy.
I LOVE this place! And will call them anytime I need their services!

I purchased a home in Menomonie last June. The HVAC system that was in the house was original, and was around 15 years old. Consequently, it had some issues. The technicians from Hurlburt have been to my property a few times over the past year to do maintenance on my furnaces and boiler. Every time they were prompt, courteous, professional, clean, and most importantly they did a great job. I like the additional touch of text notifications to alert you who the technician is that will be coming as well as a real time ETA for their arrival.
More recently, my AC system was having trouble keeping up on a hot day. Hurlburt did a complete replacement on my system with 2 new furnaces and 2 new heat pump units. Their work was excellent. When I had some questions regarding the functionality of my system they immediately answered all my questions. They even filed the warranty information and rebates for me with the manufacturer! Amazing service and amazing quality. HIGHLY recommended!!

Andrew responded to a request of service in our home. We were in need of a ventilation fan to be installed in a room in preparation of installing a hot tub. He came to our home and reviewed what we needed. Then he done his researched and made recommendation along with quote for service. Arrived quickly, knowledgeable plumber repaired our 78 year old outdoor faucet mess buried into walls. Needed modifications and the price was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Our water leak is now fixed like new and water bill will be fixed as well. Great guys that they sent out friendly and honest. Up front quote was accurate.

We called Hurlburt before 7:00 on a Thursday morning for our failing furnace. I was pleasantly surprised that a real person answered the phone and scheduled a technician to arrive at our house at 8:00! Ernie was here right on time. He was personable and knew his stuff! It turned out we needed to replace our 25 year old furnace rather quickly. Andrew was here a few hours later to help us figure out which furnace to purchase..He was very knowledgeable, easy going, and helped us get the best deal possible By 8:30 am the next day, Paul and Sammie were here to install our new furnace. They knew exactly what they were doing and completed it all in a very timely fashion! The technician showed up right on time (maybe even a few minutes early) and when your heat is out that is very appreciated. The tech checked everything put and got everything work within minutes of being there. He also just took a look around and found a couple of things to look out for in the future as far as preventative maintenance goes. Very friendly service both in person and over the phone. 10/10 will be using their service again.

I recently had a furnace issue on a Friday night and contacted Hurlburt to help me out. Eventhough I called after hours, I was able to talk to a live person versus leaving a message and was assured that a technician would be out as soon as possible. It wasn't even 30 minutes when their service technician Ernie arrived. Ernie was AWESOME! He was super knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. The temperatures were below zero this morning only to find out our heat was not working properly. I called Hurlburt heating to come out and the technician came in the early afternoon. Within 1/2 hour he had our heat working. Very professional and clean, he put slip covers over his boots so he didn’t get the carpets wet. Very happy with Hurlburt!

Wow...... .this is some next-level service. From the minute I called to just inquire about a new water heater to the final install, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with having something replaced.
They gave me few different options and quoted me an exact "all in" price (tax, install, disposal) for the entire service for each one. Received the text before the appointment with the technician info and picture. Dean M is THE MAN when it comes to installing water heaters. Took the time to explain everything to me, showed me what he would be doing, even asked me before he started to hook up the new water heater if I was OK with the location. Install was fast. I don't really care about how quickly things are done but I should point out that it was much faster than I expected.
What can I say? These guys have a customer for life after an experience like that. Very happy and very appreciative of their work. They have a super high rating here and for good reason.

Hurlburt has by far the best customer service I’ve experienced. This company is prompt, professional, and friendly. I greatly appreciate their communication efforts. They go out of their way to ensure the customer feels comfortable with a stranger coming into your home as well by sending a picture and short bio of the technician. I personally don’t worry about this aspect of service calls, but I do understand how many find this as a great piece of mind. I don’t know if Hurlburt has a dedicated department for customer service, but if they do, it shows. Other service companies need to look at Hurlburt’s customer service model!

Had a geo-source heat pump installed by a different contractor a few years ago and was so negatively impressed by that outfit I chose to go with Hurlburt for service when the blower motor went out. Had Dean as my service tech, and beyond being a very pleasant fellow he also impressed me as being knowledgeable, competent and conscientious. Uncovered an additional complaint about the competence of the original installer in the process.
Dealings with Hurlburt very professional, I have no complaints and would recommend.

Wow! These guys are doing it right! Truly incredible Service and surprisingly low prices! We had our air go out at 5pm, and called the 24 hour emergency line at 6pm. We expected a couple days wait and some ridiculous 4 hour range that we would have to take off work and wait at home for them like we've been given from other service companies, but instead were given an exact time the very next morning! We got a call when our tech Liam was on his way. From there we could GPS track the arrival. Liam arrived as expected, was friendly, respectful, and walked me through exactly what was going wrong. He had it fixed within the hour, and as I was paying the bill via tablet, Liam closed all my windows for me as the cool air kicked in.
As if that wasn't enough, I had asked Liam about a different screen he had pulled up on our thermostat. He had reprogrammed it to be programmable (something the original installer should have done) and showed me how to set it to save on our energy bill. Notice this is after I already payed!
Hurlburt, you have a lifelong customer and an advocate to everyone we know! Now if only you could do cable and internet 😂

I really like the text I got (picture of him included) with who to expect that was coming to repair my AC. Got right to work and figured out the issue and asked if we wanted to proceed. Amazing, just simply amazing. Had a problem with our hot water heater, tech showed up early morning and it became apparent we needed a new one installed. Was told early afternoon was when it would be done, but to my surprise it wasn’t even an hour when the next tech came and installed it. Had Shawn stop by this morning to check a small leak. Shawn tightened something. Leaking stopped. 10 minutes later was charged $93... Shawn was a great guy and looked around and gave some suggestions but $93 worth.... really? I just don’t get why almost $100 has to be charged. I wish someone would give me the cost breakdown and how they come to $93.

Ernie was great to work with and has a great personality! He made changes that make us feel a lot better about the gas line to our range. He tested for leaks in our gas line before he left. He walked us through everything and made sure we understood what he was talking about.

I am very tardy in leaving this review, but I owe it and more to Hurlburt and the excellent technician. They came out last year. It was freezing. I had replaced a minor part and it ran for a while and then it went out completely. The technician was swamped, but insisted on coming out even at a later hour. They had to get a part, so he came back as soon as he could. He tried to do some things to save me money that I really appreciated. He was really cheerful, but I imagine he was dog tired.
I've used some other companies for other business that just make me grind my teeth to dust and I appreciate being treated with such respect by this outfit. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our heat went out through out the night. I called first thing in the morning. Someone was able to come out right. Nick was very polite and professional, he explained to me about the unit we have and how it's 25 years old and wanted to give us a heads up that average life is 20 years. So now we are able to start budgeting for a new unit that Hurlburt will be the ones installing in the future!

Was a little disappointed being that my furnace went out the previous night and nobody came to look at it until 1p.m the next afternoon in the middle of winter, I realize I'm not the only one with problems, but I would have thought this was pretty high priority. That being said, everyone that I was in contact with were very nice and professional. Had to have a new furnace installed. The techs that were here installing it were great. Thanks!

My water heater was a leaking and I needed a new one. I called them up and write from the start I was treated very well. The next day Tony came out and look over what I had and gave me a quote. He answered all of my questions and gave me the three recommendations, and he even give me a couple of pointers for my furnace. After having a few other companies give me their quotes, Hurlburt Heating was not only much lower than cost but their products were also of superior quality and the professionalism shown was Top Notch. Mike came out and did the installation on a very cold day, but he never complained once about having to go in and out of the cold to his truck and also made sure that not only did he minimize the mess but picked up everything when he left. He also answered all of my questions and was incredibly friendly. I am sure that I will be using Hurlburt Heating again in the future. Thank you for all that you did for myself and my family.

Technician arrived when expected, very personable. Unfortunately (especially on one of the coldest days of the season) unit has pretty much reached its limit. Technician is setting up appointment to replace unit. Wish I could give his name but I forgot to get it.

Hurling is a life saver! I just moved here, have limited knowledge of the equipment in my home and hurling took care of all my needs! They even connected me to others for work they don't cover. We called them the last night, they called right away in the morning. By the afternoon, had one of their certified employees in my house replacing my 50yr old plus water heater. The employee was very cordial, efficient, and knowledgeable. Cleanup was great and he even spotted some crossed hookups in my washer setup. I'd reccomend this company to anyone.

He made sure I knew how much it was going to cost before he was doing anything which was really helpful.

I recently moved to Eau Claire. I had been looking for a plumber and an boiler guy to help me with some projects. These guys were awesome! They were able to give me options to choose from so I didn’t throw away my budget, plus they walked me through everything I need to know about the boiler. Price was very affordable too (even the high end options). As long as I live in their service area, I will continue to use them for plumbing and heating! And they were genuinely nice people!

I had an broken water pipe emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Hurlburt has 24/7 service, they came promptly when another local plumber declined his services. The serviceman was efficient, friendly and nice looking as well. As luck would have it, there was another leak, so another crew came back Monday morning, fixed that promptly and efficiently also, now it's all good to go!

Andrew at Hurlburt Heating & Plumbing is AWESOME! After having my AC & furnace replaced by the Hurlburt crew this past summer, I needed a cover for my AC unit. Andrew took care of everything! Called this company after checking reviews on-line. The receptionist was friendly—always a good sign. I told her I was surprised there were so many excellent reviews, so I decided to try them and hoped I would have the same experience. Shaun came the day and time we set. I believe the people working are genuinely helpful, however they seem to be too busy to be effective. I scheduled a consultation for service, but it wasn't an emergency so I was double scheduled several times and didn't get my consultation for nearly a month. I was promised communication regarding a heating unit that would be helpful for my home, however after several days I am still waiting for the information. Thanks anyway I guess...

I had been using the company that installed our geothermal unit for yearly maintenance. When I called them this fall they told me that they no longer service geothermal. What?! Thanks for letting me know that.
After a little research I was directed to Hurlbert. Setting up the appointment was easy. The tech called me before he came to give me a heads up. Oh, by the way, these guys actually come when they say they will come. That’s awesome. Mike was very friendly and courteous. He wasn’t pushy when suggesting service issues. As far as pricing, they are competitive. I will be using them from now on as my geothermal maintenance company.

I needed an inspection of the heater in my recently purchased home. I received the inspection the day after I called; it was quick, but thourough and a very fair price. The technician gave me operating tips and things to be aware of (like the fan bearing noise and could go out in a few years). I will definitely use them again.

This was our first experience with Hurlburt and I must say it was better than expected. The 2 gentlemen that came arrived when they said they would, a very pleasant surprise! They were very professional and fixed our issue quickly and very well. They were even nice to our dog which can scare most people because she is a St. Bernard. Big bark but very sweet and they even showed her respect. I would recommend these 2 gentlemen to anyone and hope they are the ones who come back to do the rest we asked them about. Mike was great. He called prior to his visit to see if it was able to be resolved over the phone. After hearing more details, he arrived shortly after he contacted me. He was very professional, he let me know what he was doing, and he even showed me a video of what the problem was inside my furnace. He fixed the problem, cleaned up all the mess he made from the repair, and made sure everything was working. Afterwards, he gave me more tips on how I can keep my unit running efficiently by keeping it clean. All this on a Sunday.

Tony G. made sure I was completely satisfied with the work performed as was Paul, who installed the mini-split. Paul cleaned up the area and was helpful in recommending the correct paint/caulking to purchase for blending the gutter color to my siding.

We're able to schedule me for a furnace and air conditioning check up and cleaning very quickly, and even called to get my appointment moved up a little earlier. The tech was pleasant and very thorough, more thorough than any other cleaning/inspections I've had in the last 15 years... and replaced a couple start capacitors. Rates seemed a little higher than other places in town in my opinion, but felt warranted given the time spent and the thorough job, and ability to schedule me in just a few days. Only minor disappointment was that I requested both a furnace and air check/cleaning but, as he was finishing up, the tech mentioned he only had me scheduled for the air conditioning service, not both... so I will have the furnace cleaning done in the fall. They did offer to stay and complete the furnace which was nice, but I was ok with scheduling later since I won't be using my furnace until fall anyway, and didn't want to back up other appointments.

My water heater was a leaking and I needed a new one. I called them up and write from the start I was treated very well. The next day Tony came out and look over what I had and gave me a quote. He answered all of my questions and gave me the three recommendations, and he even give me a couple of pointers for my furnace. After having a few other companies give me their quotes, Hurlburt Heating was not only much lower than cost but their products were also of superior quality and the professionalism shown was Top Notch. Mike came out and did the installation on a very cold day, but he never complained once about having to go in and out of the cold to his truck and also made sure that not only did he minimize the mess but picked up everything when he left. He also answered all of my questions and was incredibly friendly. I am sure that I will be using Hurlburt Heating again in the future. Thank you for all that you did for myself and my family.

Was a little disappointed being that my furnace went out the previous night and nobody came to look at it until 1p.m the next afternoon in the middle of winter, I realize I'm not the only one with problems, but I would have thought this was pretty high priority. That being said, everyone that I was in contact with were very nice and professional. Had to have a new furnace installed. The techs that were here installing it were great. Thanks!

Our heat went out through out the night. I called first thing in the morning. Someone was able to come out right. Nick was very polite and professional, he explained to me about the unit we have and how it's 25 years old and wanted to give us a heads up that average life is 20 years. So now we are able to start budgeting for a new unit that Hurlburt will be the ones installing in the future!

I am very tardy in leaving this review, but I owe it and more to Hurlburt and the excellent technician. They came out last year. It was freezing. I had replaced a minor part and it ran for a while and then it went out completely. The technician was swamped, but insisted on coming out even at a later hour. They had to get a part, so he came back as soon as he could. He tried to do some things to save me money that I really appreciated. He was really cheerful, but I imagine he was dog tired.
I've used some other companies for other business that just make me grind my teeth to dust and I appreciate being treated with such respect by this outfit. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had Shawn stop by this morning to check a small leak. Shawn tightened something. Leaking stopped. 10 minutes later was charged $93... Shawn was a great guy and looked around and gave some suggestions but $93 worth.... really? I just don’t get why almost $100 has to be charged. I wish someone would give me the cost breakdown and how they come to $93.

Ernie was great to work with and has a great personality! He made changes that make us feel a lot better about the gas line to our range. He tested for leaks in our gas line before he left. He walked us through everything and made sure we understood what he was talking about.

Came the day after I called (non emergency) came within the hour time frame they gave me . Mike was pleasant and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem. Made some adjustment, updated us on the condition of our unit, and answered all our questions. Will definitely be our go to repair service for our geothermal.

Let’s start off by saying the receptionist was amazing. She was very kind, polite, sweet and actually carried a conversation. That being said their service was quick had someone out within 15 min of calling. The guy that came out was amazing! Very friendly, joked around while waiting on the electric company to come back out, talked and joked with us and the kids. If we had to use services again this would definitely be who we call again!

I’m extremely happy with my experience with Hurlburt. I was able to get a new water heater put in while I was at work. Everyone was super helpful with the whole process. They were able to come out and change the water heater quickly. The guys were polite and respected the fact that I was worried about my newly refinished stairs. I also want to say that the staffer setting up my appointment was very friendly and helped to get an appointment that worked with my busy schedule.

As first time home buyers it’s scary at times to know “what to do.” On Tuesday evening we turned our air conditioner on for the first time and nothing happened. We checked the breaker, checked the unit, nothing. Finally my husband discovered the issue but we still thought servicing would be the next best step. Amazing, just simply amazing. Had a problem with our hot water heater, tech showed up early morning and it became apparent we needed a new one installed. Was told early afternoon was when it would be done, but to my surprise it wasn’t even an hour when the next tech came and installed it. Great company to work with. It starts with a super nice, super helpful, really likes her job girl who helped me on the phone. I really like the text I got (picture of him included) with who to expect that was coming to repair my AC. Got right to work and figured out the issue and asked if we wanted to proceed. We did and it was repaired before we knew it. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone who asked.

Wow! These guys are doing it right! Truly incredible Service and surprisingly low prices! We had our air go out at 5pm, and called the 24 hour emergency line at 6pm. We expected a couple days wait and some ridiculous 4 hour range that we would have to take off work and wait at home for them like we've been given from other service companies, but instead were given an exact time the very next morning! We got a call when our tech Liam was on his way. From there we could GPS track the arrival. Liam arrived as expected, was friendly, respectful, and walked me through exactly what was going wrong. He had it fixed within the hour, and as I was paying the bill via tablet, Liam closed all my windows for me as the cool air kicked in.
As if that wasn't enough, I had asked Liam about a different screen he had pulled up on our thermostat. He had reprogrammed it to be programmable (something the original installer should have done) and showed me how to set it to save on our energy bill. Notice this is after I already payed!
Hurlburt, you have a lifelong customer and an advocate to everyone we know! Now if only you could do cable and internet 😂

Had a geo-source heat pump installed by a different contractor a few years ago and was so negatively impressed by that outfit I chose to go with Hurlburt for service when the blower motor went out. Had Dean as my service tech, and beyond being a very pleasant fellow he also impressed me as being knowledgeable, competent and conscientious. Uncovered an additional complaint about the competence of the original installer in the process.
Dealings with Hurlburt very professional, I have no complaints and would recommend.

Hurlburt has by far the best customer service I’ve experienced. This company is prompt, professional, and friendly. I greatly appreciate their communication efforts. They go out of their way to ensure the customer feels comfortable with a stranger coming into your home as well by sending a picture and short bio of the technician. I personally don’t worry about this aspect of service calls, but I do understand how many find this as a great piece of mind. I don’t know if Hurlburt has a dedicated department for customer service, but if they do, it shows. Other service companies need to look at Hurlburt’s customer service model!

Wow...... .this is some next-level service. From the minute I called to just inquire about a new water heater to the final install, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with having something replaced.
They gave me few different options and quoted me an exact "all in" price (tax, install, disposal) for the entire service for each one. Received the text before the appointment with the technician info and picture. Dean M is THE MAN when it comes to installing water heaters. Took the time to explain everything to me, showed me what he would be doing, even asked me before he started to hook up the new water heater if I was OK with the location. Install was fast. I don't really care about how quickly things are done but I should point out that it was much faster than I expected.
What can I say? These guys have a customer for life after an experience like that. Very happy and very appreciative of their work. They have a super high rating here and for good reason.

Shawn arrived on time and seemed to know exactly how to fix the problem. The temperatures were below zero this morning only to find out our heat was not working properly. I called Hurlburt heating to come out and the technician came in the early afternoon. Within 1/2 hour he had our heat working. Very professional and clean, he put slip covers over his boots so he didn’t get the carpets wet. Very happy with Hurlburt!

I recently had a furnace issue on a Friday night and contacted Hurlburt to help me out. Eventhough I called after hours, I was able to talk to a live person versus leaving a message and was assured that a technician would be out as soon as possible. It wasn't even 30 minutes when their service technician Ernie arrived. Ernie was AWESOME! He was super knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I'd rate Ernie an A++ and the repair fee was what I expected. All in all my experience with Hurlbert was extremely good. Thank you!

The technician showed up right on time (maybe even a few minutes early) and when your heat is out that is very appreciated. The tech checked everything put and got everything work within minutes of being there. He also just took a look around and found a couple of things to look out for in the future as far as preventative maintenance goes. Very friendly service both in person and over the phone. 10/10 will be using their service again.

We called Hurlburt before 7:00 on a Thursday morning for our failing furnace. I was pleasantly surprised that a real person answered the phone and scheduled a technician to arrive at our house at 8:00! Ernie was here right on time. He was personable and knew his stuff! It turned out we needed to replace our 25 year old furnace rather quickly. Andrew was here a few hours later to help us figure out which furnace to purchase..He was very knowledgeable, easy going, and helped us get the best deal possible By 8:30 am the next day, Paul and Sammie were here to install our new furnace. They knew exactly what they were doing and completed it all in a very timely fashion! We would highly recommend Hurlburt to anyone who is looking for a fast response and friendly, skilled professionals!

Arrived quickly, knowledgeable plumber repaired our 78 year old outdoor faucet mess buried into walls. Needed modifications and the price was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Our water leak is now fixed like new and water bill will be fixed as well. Great guys that they sent out friendly and honest. Up front quote was accurate.

Exceptional service. Very impressed! Andrew responded to a request of service in our home. We were in need of a ventilation fan to be installed in a room in preparation of installing a hot tub. He came to our home and reviewed what we needed. Then he done his researched and made recommendation along with quote for service. I purchased a home in Menomonie last June. The HVAC system that was in the house was original, and was around 15 years old. Consequently, it had some issues. The technicians from Hurlburt have been to my property a few times over the past year to do maintenance on my furnaces and boiler. Every time they were prompt, courteous, professional, clean, and most importantly they did a great job. I like the additional touch of text notifications to alert you who the technician is that will be coming as well as a real time ETA for their arrival.
More recently, my AC system was having trouble keeping up on a hot day. Hurlburt did a complete replacement on my system with 2 new furnaces and 2 new heat pump units. Their work was excellent. When I had some questions regarding the functionality of my system they immediately answered all my questions. They even filed the warranty information and rebates for me with the manufacturer! Amazing service and amazing quality. HIGHLY recommended!!

Liam is a professional. He is respectful, clean and masked. He arrived on time and finished in 1.5 hours. He cleaned and conditioned our furnace to ready for colder days. He tested our thermostat and the function of the gas furnace. He made recommendations for possible future work without being overbearing. He provided a diagnostic that is accurate and that I agree with. He offered a quote for a brand new unit for reference. The price was reasonable. Yes, I would enthusiastically recommend this company.

Hired these guys to do a kitchen install of my sink, faucet and garbage disposal as well as turning the water back on that what shut off for an unrelated job. they actually came early and were very responsive and friendly. A little bit more expensive than I thought it would be to install it, but the value and the professionalism as well as the hard work put into it was well worth the extra money. I would definitely use them again, and I recommend them for anyone needing work done! Great company

The first time I used this company my experience was great, the second time didn't disappoint! The service tech was courteous, professional, honest and straightforward. He didn't man-splain anything, explained what was going on and how he was going to fix it in layman's terms. He was in and out in what seemed like 10 minutes. Unfortunately the problem wasn't entirely fixed, but not by any fault on theirs. Everything seemed in great working order when he left. My husband called later that afternoon/ evening and the service tech was back out the next morning. Again, very professional, kind, straightforward and just simply an all around great guy.

Furnace ran erratically and I could not see any flaw to cause this. I called Mike in and he easily disassembled the unit and did a thorough check!
Also he helped me to learn a more efficient way to operate the thermostat which just might be the cure.
My system is now properly operational and I am again comfortable at home!

I used the online setup option to schedule the service appointment and immediately received a call confirming the time. Then I received a text confirming the appointment and describing the Covid-19 safety protocols the company had in place. The morning of the appointment I received another text when Dean - the service tech assigned to the job - was leaving the shop. The text included a picture of Dean and a short bio, which was nice. Dean repaired the furnace very quickly and told me that there weren't any parts necessary - just the service. In a half hour the furnace was up and running perfectly and I wasn't sold any parts that I didn't need! Dean was very friendly, professional and explained exactly what work was performed.
We've used Hurlburt for work in the past and will definitely use them for any future repairs or projects.

My 27 year old heater was acting up so I called for service and Mike came to take a look After speaking with Mike (Very Knowledgeable and experienced) I decided to purchase a New furnace and Water Heater. They scheduled a appointment to meet with Chris who was fantastic...listened to what I needed and set me up with the perfect Heating solution. Installation followed and the guys that came were amazing...Shawn..Matt...Dave!!! I can highly recommend this company with absolute confidence. Even the office staff...Connie etc are wonderful. These guys did an amazing job. Chris was incredible. Always checking in and making sure things are going smoothly and informing us on anything. The install guys were extreamly friendly, professional, down to earth guys. Willing to having a conversation just about anything which made things fun. Highly recommend. Little on the price side but not much more then competitors. Great job guys. Well deserved 5 star.

We have used different local heating and plumbing businesses, but we have moved to solely using Hurlburt Heating and Plumbing. We have used them for furnace repair, boiler install, in floor heating repair, and air exchange install. From reception to service provider, they are a fantastic company that I can’t recommend highly enough. They have excellent communication, you will receive the name and photo of your technician before they arrive. They provide you with costs upfront, and there are never any “surprises” when it comes to cost of service. Hurlburt has been great to work with. For those of us who only call when something needs to be repaired, they have a great maintenance program too.
