The rollout switch was also compromised and removed. Due to the age and specialized nature of this Buderus unit, proper OEM replacement parts are required for safe repair. Submitted parts request for pricing on refractory and rollout switch components. System remains non-operational pending parts availability, and replacement boiler options are being evaluated given the unit's age and parts availability concerns.
Responded to clogged kitchen sink with complete drainage backup. Upon inspection, determined blockage was caused by severe grease and hair accumulation in the drain line. Accessed plumbing beneath sink cabinet and deployed rigid drain snake machine to clear obstruction. Successfully restored full drainage function to kitchen sink.
