Plumbing repair at a residential home. Went out to fix a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink, which was causing water damage to the cabinet. After shutting off the water supply, I replaced the worn-out pipe section and secured the fittings to prevent further leaks. Once the repair was complete, I tested the system by running water, ensuring there were no more leaks.
Arrived to repair a furnace that was failing to heat the home properly. Inspect the system and discovered a clogged air filter and a malfunctioning thermostat was the root of the issue. After replacing the filter and recalibrating the thermostat, the furnace began operating efficiently again. The homeowner is thankful to have a working heating system again.

We drained the tank, removed the sediment, and replaced a deteriorated anode rod. I arrived at a customer's house and found that the furnace was not producing any heat. I inspected the system and found that the thermostat was causing the problem. I reset the thermostat and the furnace started working again. The customer was thankful for the furnace repair.
