Arrived at a residential home to perform duct cleaning. We carefully remove debris, dust, and allergens from the air ducts, ensuring optimal airflow and improved indoor air quality for the home.
A homeowner called us because they were experiencing inconsistent hot water. We assessed their tankless water heater and found that mineral buildup had clogged the heat exchanger, reducing efficiency and causing erratic water temperatures. After flushing the system with a descaling solution, we restored the heater's functionality, providing reliable hot water throughout the home.
The customer called me because their furnace was producing an unusual smell and not heating properly. Upon inspection, I used my thermal camera to identify that the heat exchanger was overheating due to a blocked vent. I cleared the blockage and cleaned the heat exchanger, ensuring proper airflow.
